Duluth, Minnesota, USA · Indy Pass
Perched above the St. Louis River just outside Duluth, Spirit Mountain is a public non-profit ski area and the second-tallest ski hill in Minnesota, opened in 1974 with backing from the City of Duluth and Olympian George Hovland. Seven lifts serve 22 runs across 175 acres with a fairly even beginner/intermediate/advanced split, plus a large terrain park with jumps up to 60+ feet and night skiing. It's a current Indy Pass partner and also runs an adjacent adventure park, alpine coaster, and mountain bike trails in the off-season.
