Livigno

Livigno is a high-altitude ski resort in a duty-free valley in Lombardy's Province of Sondrio, close to the Swiss border in the Italian Alps. Its ski terrain is split across two separately operated sectors, Carosello 3000 (run by Carosello 3000 srl) and Mottolino (run by Mottolino S.p.A.), with most runs lying above the treeline. The resort is a favorite for freeriding and terrain-park skiing and is a venue for the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics snowboard and freestyle events. The winter season typically runs from late November to early May.
