Kopaonik is the largest ski resort in Serbia, spread across a high alpine plateau in Kopaonik National Park and topped by Pančić's Peak at 2,017 m. The resort is known for wide, gentle upper-mountain terrain well suited to beginners and lower-intermediate skiers, alongside a dedicated snow park for freestyle riders. It is operated by the state-owned public company JP Skijališta Srbije (Ski Resorts of Serbia), which runs Serbia's national ski lift network. The resort offers roughly 55 km of alpine runs plus 12 km of cross-country trails, with a season typically running from early December to early April.
