Fansipan is the highest peak in Vietnam and across the Indochinese peninsula, rising in the Hoang Lien Son range within Hoang Lien National Park near the town of Sa Pa. Nicknamed the 'Roof of Indochina,' it can be reached by a multi-day trek or, since 2016, by the world's longest three-rope cable car.
