Boundary Peak is the highest point in Nevada, situated in the White Mountains barely inside the state line from California, less than a mile from the much more prominent Montgomery Peak. With only about 253 feet of topographic prominence, it is often regarded as a subordinate satellite of Montgomery Peak rather than a fully independent summit, but its status as Nevada's official highpoint still draws highpointers and peakbaggers via a straightforward scree-slope scramble.

Elevation, prominence, coordinates and first-ascent facts are checked against published references and official sources. Where a fact isn't clearly documented, we show it as unknown rather than estimate.
