Adam's Peak, or Sri Pada, is a conical sacred mountain in Sri Lanka's Central Highlands, famed for a 1.8-meter rock formation near its summit revered as a sacred footprint by Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, and Christians alike. It has drawn pilgrims for over a thousand years, most climbing overnight for the sunrise view.
